Why didn't you reply to my email?
I have a pretty aggressive spam filter so if you don't get a reply after a couple of days, try posting on /kareha instead. I do read and try to reply to every email I get but sometimes they do go MIA.
The site looks like shit.
Not really a question but ok... Most parts of the site are made using KompoZer (one of the better WYSIWYG html editors out there), though most of the site behaviour is governed by css which is hand-coded. Because I'm a Fox user myself, the site is written with Firefox 3 in mind, but there are a few IE workarounds in place here and there. If you use a browser other than Fox and are having issues with the site, feel free to let me know what they are and I'll see if I can sort them out. If you're unlucky enough to be locked into IE because you're viewing the site from school, work, prison or some other place where you have no choice but to use IE6, then may I suggest Portable Firefox as a (usually) viable alternative. As always, constructive criticism is appreciated, feel free to send me an email.
Why Pinochan?
Pino is the obligatory loli from Ergo Proxy and the site was originally going to be an Ergo Proxy imageboard, but after searching around for a bit I came to the conclusion that there simply isn't enough fanart out there to support one. At the moment that particular idea is a "maybe one day" project, but it may yet see light of day as part of a future Pinochan imageboard.
How do I donate to Pinochan?
As much as I appreciate the thought, my hosting is cheap enough that I can pay for it without donations at the moment. Also, I don't want to feel like I owe you guys anything :P If you still have money burning a hole in your pocket anyway, consider giving it to charity instead. My favourite charity is the NSPCC if my preference carries any weight at all, but there are plenty of worthy causes out there. Alternatively, buy hosting from Dreamhost by following this link and I get monies. If donations are ever needed, something will probably be posted on the main page.
